Bhausaheb Namdev Memane: From Beginnings Bottom to Elevator Industry Leader

Born on June 1, 1974, in the rural village of Bhoyare, with Raytale as my native place, my journey from a modest upbringing to founding my own business has been fueled by determination and a passion for excellence. My early years faced many difficulties in attending school, a testament to my commitment to education.

After graduating and earning diplomas in electricals and accountancy, I sought to create a better life but faced challenges finding significant opportunities. My career took a positive turn in 1997 when I joined Eros Elevators Pvt Ltd. as a technician. Through dedication and hard work, I rose to the position of supervisor, where I provided vital technical support to field technicians.

In 2004, I married Kamal Shinde, whose support has been instrumental throughout my career. By 2010, I had advanced to the role of Technical Manager at Graandprix Elevators, where I excelled in providing technical assistance, sales support, and team training. That same year, I took a major step forward by purchasing my first home in Thane Vitawa and welcoming my first child, Kiran, followed by my second child, Aditya, in 2013.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving over 3,000 customers, including some of the most high-end and affluent clients, business owners, and prestigious organizations.  In 2014 I have completed designing course & My experience extends to handling projects in highly sensitive zones, where attention to detail and security is paramount. These roles have allowed me to develop a reputation for excellence, reliability, and the ability to meet the highest standards of service.

A significant part of my work involves directly engaging with customers—attending meetings to address their queries and problems, advising on lift purchases, and providing expert guidance on designing customized solutions tailored to their specific needs. This hands-on approach ensures that each client receives personalized service and that every project meets the highest quality standards.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges, including financial strains, but it also sparked a new vision. Leveraging my 22 years of industry experience, my wife and I launched KBM Elevators And Escalators in 2022. Our company is committed to delivering innovative elevator solutions, focusing on customer safety, comfort, and satisfaction. At KBM, we aim to offer high-quality elevator design, sales, and services at affordable prices, ensuring that customer loyalty and trust remain our highest priorities.

Now based in Mumbai, we are dedicated to elevating the standards of the elevator industry. Our vision is to continue providing unparalleled service and elegant solutions, driving the future of vertical transportation.
